5.1. Creating Child Profiles

• Parents can create a profile for their child within the app.
• Profiles can be made for children aged 1 to 7+.
• The child’s profile information is only accessible to the parent/guardian’s account.

5.2. Data Protection for Child Profiles

• We do not collect personal data directly from children.
• Child profiles do not require login credentials or independent access.
• Parents can edit or delete their child’s profile anytime from their account settings.

5.3. No Direct Child Accounts

• Children cannot create their own accounts or access the app independently.
• If we discover a child under 13 has provided personal data without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.

6. AI-Generated Content

WonderTale uses AI to generate stories. While we aim for high-quality content:

• AI-generated tales may require review and editing before sharing with children.
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is always appropriate.
• Parents are responsible for reviewing AI-generated tales before use.

7. User-Generated Content & Conduct

WonderTale allows users to create and share content. To maintain a safe community, we:

• Moderate user-generated content and remove inappropriate material.
• Prohibit offensive, harmful, or illegal content (see Terms of Use).
• Provide reporting tools for users to flag inappropriate content.

Users violating our policies may have their accounts suspended or banned.

8. Deep Links & Content Sharing

WonderTale enables users to share stories via deep links.

How It Works:

• Users generate a link to share a specific tale.
• Recipients can view the shared tale without full app access.

Your Responsibility:

• Shared content must comply with our Terms of Use.
• Do not share links publicly if you wish to keep them private.
• We reserve the right to disable links containing inappropriate content.

9. Coin System & Virtual Currency

WonderTale introduces a Coin System to unlock stories and features.

How Coins Work:

• Users earn or purchase coins.
• Coins are used in-app and cannot be exchanged for real money.

Coin & Subscription Protections:

• All purchases are final – Coins cannot be refunded or converted to cash.
• Coins are non-transferable – You cannot sell, trade, or transfer coins.
• Fraud Prevention – Attempts to manipulate or exploit the coin system may result in account suspension.

Subscription Auto-Renewal:

• Your subscription auto-renews unless canceled 24 hours before renewal.
• You can manage subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription.

We reserve the right to adjust coin pricing and availability. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
