Welcome to WonderTale, an app for creating and sharing magical tales for your children. Before using WonderTale, please read and agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all users. By accessing or using our app, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using WonderTale.

1. User Eligibility

WonderTale is intended for use by parents and legal guardians who are at least 18 years old. By using the app, you confirm that you are eligible to enter into a legally binding agreement and have the authority to consent to these Terms on behalf of your child.

2. Appropriate Use

You agree to use WonderTale solely for creating and sharing age-appropriate tales for your children. Content that is offensive, harmful, or violates any applicable laws is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and updating your account information as needed. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. Intellectual Property

• You own the tales you create.
• By uploading content, you grant WonderTale a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content only for service improvement.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our AI helps create stories, but it’s not perfect. You are responsible for reviewing and adjusting AI-generated content to ensure it is suitable for your child.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Share Tales with Friends (Deep Links)

WonderTale now allows users to share stories via deep links.

• Shared links allow others to access the specific tale but do not grant full app access.
• Publicly shared tales remain your responsibility, and you must ensure they comply with these Terms.
• We reserve the right to disable links that violate our content guidelines.

8. Modifications to the App

We may update, modify, or discontinue any feature of WonderTale at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right tosuspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms or engaging in harmful activity.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

WonderTale is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee the app’s reliability, accuracy, or suitability for your needs.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of WonderTale.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pittsburgh, PA, USA.

13. New Coin System & Virtual Currency

13.1. Coin System Overview

• Users can earn and purchase coins in WonderTale.
• Coins can be used to unlock stories and features within the app.
• Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

13.2. Purchasing Coins & Subscriptions

• Users may buy coins through in-app purchases or subscribe for a monthly/yearly plan.
• Prices and available subscription tiers are displayed within the app.

13.3. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable Policy

• All coin purchases are final.
• Coins cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged between users.
• If your account is suspended or terminated, any remaining coins will be forfeited.

13.4. Subscription Renewal & Cancellation

• Auto-renewing subscriptions are charged unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• You can manage subscriptions via App Store or Google Play settings.
• No refunds are provided for unused subscription periods.

13.5. Coin System Abuse & Fraud Protection

• Users may not exploit the coin system through fraudulent activities, including bt not limited to:
  • Using bots or automated scripts to earn coins.
  • Manipulating the app to gain unauthorized coins.
  • Engaging in any form of cheating or hacking.
• Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

13.6. Changes to Coin System

• WonderTale reserves the right to modify coin pricing, earning mechanisms, and usage policies at any time.
• Users will be notified in-app of any significant changes.

14. Content Moderation & Community Guidelines

• We may monitor and remove content that violates our guidelines.

14.2. Prohibited Content

Users must not share content that:

• Promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activity.
• Contains explicit, offensive, or inappropriate material.
• Violates copyright laws or another person’s rights.

14.3. Reporting & Enforcement

Users must not share content that:

• Users can report inappropriate content within the app.
• Violations may result in content removal, warnings, or account termination.

15. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

15.1. Subscription Details

• WonderTale offers monthly and yearly subscription options.
• Details of each plan are available in the app.

15.2. Free Trials

• 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Details of each plan are available in the app.

15.3. Cancellation & Refunds

• You can cancel anytime via your platform’s account settings.
• No refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription.

15.4. Price Changes

Subscription prices may change. Users will receive advance notice before new rates apply.

15.5. Payments & Third-Party Terms

• Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play).
• Transactions are between you and the platform provider—WonderTale does not manage refunds.

16. Acknowledgment of Platform’s Role

By using WonderTale, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Use, including those related to content sharing, the coin system, and in-app purchases.
